At Cashmir Handi Craft, we take pride in delivering authentic, handcrafted products made with care. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch.


 

Returns

 


We accept returns only in the case of damaged products or manufacturing defects.

 

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product are required for verification

  • Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging

 


We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design (as these are natural characteristics of handmade products)

  • Damage caused by improper handling, washing, or storage

  • Change of mind or personal preference

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

 

 


 

 

Exchanges

 

 

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability

 

 


 

 

Important Note on Handcrafted Products

 


As our products are handmade, slight variations in weave, embroidery, color, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.
